What is covered?

The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions resulting from normal use of the product during the specified warranty period. Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect or as specified by the brand manufacturer is not covered.

How long will it take?

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase or as specified by the brand manufacturer.

What does it include?

The warranty includes parts and labor to repair or replace defective parts as deemed necessary by qualified technicians or as specified by the brand manufacturer.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover any of the following:

  • Damage or malfunction caused by misuse or neglect of the product

  • Damage or malfunction resulting from modifications, repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than an authorized technician

  • Damage or malfunction resulting from external factors such as flood, fire, lightning or other extreme weather conditions

  • Any incidental or consequential damage related to the product.

  • Or any other requirements specified by the brand manufacturer.

How to file a claim?

To file a warranty claim, please contact the customer service team of the brand you purchased. Have your full name, address and phone number of your product ready.
